Church School

Church school has returned to St. Francis! The first Church School class was held on Sunday, September 24th during church. Going forward, church school will be held on the 3rd Sunday of the month and is open to children ages 3 and up. As in the past, we will bring the children up before communion so that they can join their families for the Eucharist.

We are starting off with a single class that includes all ages. If we see regular attendance and an increase in the number of children attending, we will then evaluate the number and frequency of classes. The curriculum is from the same program we used for Vacation Bible School - Grow Kids Curriculum. The children will learn that our faith grows deeper when we spend time with God, spend time with others, use our gifts to serve, and share our stories of faith.
